Important Information
- Please ensure setup access is available before arrival
- Clients are responsible for any damages caused during the rental period
- Outdoor clean-up fee for softplay: $50
- No time limit on rental hours, however all outdoor rentals will be picked up no later than 7PM.
- Recommended for toddlers and young children
- Adult supervision is required at all times
- Setup requires a flat and clean surface
- Outdoor setups are subject to weather approval
Setup & Timing
Setup begins prior to the event start time, and pickup takes place once the event has ended. If early setup access or setup the night prior is available, please let us know in advance.
