Hi, I’m Amanda — the owner behind LBEvents.LI

I started this business about three years ago after planning my own gender reveal. I’ve always had a passion for creating over-the-top, beautifully styled events, and in that moment, I realized I wanted to turn that passion into something more.

What started with custom backdrops quickly grew into something bigger. When planning my son Easton’s birthday, I decided to introduce soft play — and that’s when everything changed.

At first, I struggled with it… until I realized what was missing: creativity. I didn’t just want soft play setups — I wanted them to feel like part of the overall party design. I wanted parents to walk in and be wow’d… to see something that was not only fun for the kids, but also visually beautiful and fully cohesive with the entire event.

That’s when I made the decision that every setup we create would be fully customized — designed to match each client’s vision down to the smallest detail.

Today, I work alongside my husband — who truly brings all of my ideas to life — and together we create setups that are unique, thoughtful, and completely tailored to each event.

We both work full time — I’m in insurance sales and my husband works for the MTA — and we’re also raising two little boys who inspire everything we do.
